*1. Current Goals (Recent Milestones & Upcoming Initiatives):*



Our focus is on grassroots development and inclusive outreach to ensure all

flying disc disciplines are represented across Pakistan. We are engaging

schools, colleges, universities, and local communities to introduce the

sport and increase participation.



We are running awareness sessions, introductory clinics, and training

programs, with strong emphasis on Spirit of the Game, fair play, teamwork,

and respect. Recently, we have started building provincial structures and

increasing participation, especially among youth and women.



We are currently using locally made discs for outreach in different

regions. Our next steps include organizing more national-level events,

strengthening governance.



*2. Specific Challenges:*



Our main challenge is the lack of proper equipment. We need standard discs

for Ultimate and  Junior ultimate, Dough disc,  Guts, and Disc Golf, as

well as disc golf baskets.



We also face limited funding, lack of playing facilities, low awareness,

and a shortage of trained coaches and officials. National-level recognition

is another key challenge.



*3. Tailored Support from WFDF:*

Support with access to standard equipment would be very helpful. We also

need coach and trainer development programs.



Guidance on organizing competitions, development resources, and support for

our recognition process would make a big difference. Connections with other

developing federations and international opportunities would also help us

grow.



*4. Community Feedback:*

More practical sessions on grassroots development, funding, equipment

support, and governance would be useful.



Workshops, real examples from other countries, and mentorship opportunities

would make the Community of Practice more effective for us.
