The purpose of the DEI Hub is to act as a centralized area for the topic within the sport through:

  • Highlighting best practices
  • Disseminating resources
  • Facilitating learning opportunities
  • Creating chances for collaboration
  • Building a community

By addressing diversity, equity and inclusion, ultimately, it will support the growth of all Flying Disc Sports across all communities.

Sports is a reflection of life; the challenges encountered in Flying Disc Sports is a daily occurrence for millions around the world, such as lack of access to opportunities, racial and ethnic exclusion, and discriminatory practices. Addressing diversity, equity and inclusion in Flying Disc Sports has real world applications for empowerment and fostering inclusive and resilient communities.
