Ultimate

The Introduction to Ultimate Mini-Course is a self-study course, targetted towards all stakeholders interested to learn about the basics of the Flying Disc discipline of Ultimate, including its history, basic rules and key skills.

The Coaching Ultimate Workshop is a facilitated course, targeted towards new or development coaches. It aims to empower participants to confidently coach Ultimate across different age groups in the context of schools at the foundation level (i.e., recreationally, in schools, etc.).

Registration through WFDF and Member Federation is required.
