Ultimate Committee and Subcommittees

Ultimate Committee Deputy Chair
  • Chair respective Discipline Committee and lead on ongoing discussions, in place of the Chair, if necessary
  • Support the maintenance of the WFDF version of the Discipline’s Rules
  • Support the development and implementation of Rules related to Event eligibility, formats, schedules and seeding
  • Chair Sanctioned Event Players Meetings and the Tournament Rules Group, in place of the Chair, if necessary
  • Oversee Sanctioned Events (i.e., Championships), including bids, planning and operations, in place of the Chair, if necessary
  • Liaise with relevant Discipline organizations, in place of the Chair, if necessary
Grass Ultimate Subcommittee Chair
  • Chair the respective Subcommittee and lead on ongoing discussions
  • Support the maintenance of the WFDF version of the Discipline Appendix
  • Lead the review and recommendation of host bids for the Discipline's Sanctioned Events
  • Lead the review of the schedules for the Discipline's Sanctioned Events
Beach Ultimate Subcommittee Chair
  • Chair the respective Subcommittee and lead on ongoing discussions
  • Support the maintenance of the WFDF version of the Discipline Appendix
  • Lead the review and recommendation of host bids for the Discipline's Sanctioned Events
  • Lead the review of the schedules for the Discipline's Sanctioned Events
Wheelchair Ultimate Subcommittee Chair
  • Chair the respective Subcommittee and lead on ongoing discussions
  • Support the maintenance of the WFDF version of the Discipline Appendix
  • Lead the review and recommendation of host bids for the Discipline's Sanctioned Events
  • Lead the review of the schedules for the Discipline's Sanctioned Events
Indoor Ultimate Subcommittee Chair
  • Chair the respective Subcommittee and lead on ongoing discussions
  • Support the maintenance of the WFDF version of the Discipline Appendix
  • Lead the review and recommendation of host bids for the Discipline's Sanctioned Events
  • Lead the review of the schedules for the Discipline's Sanctioned Events
Ultimate Rules Subcommittee Chair
  • Chair the respective Subcommittee and lead on ongoing discussions
  • Support the maintenance of  the WFDF version of the Discipline’s Rules
Ultimate Game Advisor Subcommittee Chair
  • Chair the respective Subcommittee and lead on ongoing discussions
  • Support the maintenance of the Game Advisor Manual
  • Lead the selection of Game Advisors for WFDF Sanctioned Events
  • Lead the management of Game Advisor standards and training

The Chairperson must be a WFDF Certified Game Advisor for a minimum of four (4) years and have been appointed at a WFDF Sanctioned Event in the past four (4) years.

Ultimate Championships Subcommittee Chair
  • Chair the respective Subcommittee and lead on ongoing discussions
  • Seeding and Schedule creation for all WFDF Ultimate Events.
  • Proposed Changes to Seeding and Schedule Manual
