WFDF is excited to launch the Ultimate Rules Accreditation within WFDF Academy, the federation’s learning website.
The Rules Accreditation is available in English, Arabic and Spanish thanks to collaboration with the community. The Accreditation also features practice quizzes on the hand signals to gamify and reinforce their learning.
Ultimate Rules Standard Accreditation: The Ultimate Rules Standard Accreditation is a self-study quiz targeted towards all players and those involved in the sport. It aims to verify the knowledge and understanding of the Rules of the sport.
Ultimate Rules Advanced Accreditation: The Ultimate Rules Advanced Accreditation is a self-study quiz targeted towards experienced players, such as Captains and Spirit Captains and others involved in the sport. It aims to verify the advanced knowledge and understanding of the Rules of the sport.
As a reminder, proof of completion of the Rules Accreditation is required as part of participation in WFDF Sanctioned Championships and Events.
National Federations are encouraged to integrate the the Rules Accreditation into their system (i.e., as part of player licensing, coach certification, league and event participation, etc.).
The Rules Accreditation Process was introduced in 2013. Valid certificates from the rules.wfdf.sport website will remain accessible but this will be phased out and the Accreditation will be delivered through WFDF Academy ahead.
