Can I Get a TUE for a Supplement or CBD Product?
No TUE is available for dietary supplements. CBD itself isn't prohibited, but THC (including Δ8-THC, Δ10-THC and HHC) and synthetic cannabinoids that mimic THC are prohibited In-Competition, and products sold as "pure CBD" can contain THC. Treat over-the-counter or online CBD products the same as any supplement: the risk is yours. If a physician prescribes a medical cannabis product for a diagnosed condition, you can apply for a TUE. Vapes carry the same contamination risk and should be avoided.
