How Do I Apply?
- Download the current WFDF TUE Application Form from the WFDF Anti-Doping Hub. Older versions are rejected.
- Have your physician complete and sign it, typed or in capital letters, and attach the medical documents listed below. Illegible forms are returned.
- Email the form and documents to antidoping@wfdf.sport.
- Keep a full copy of everything you sent and proof that you sent it.
