What Does the TUE Committee Need to See?
Evidence that all four ISTUE criteria are met: you have a diagnosed condition supported by clinical evidence; the substance is an indicated treatment with no reasonable permitted alternative; it won't improve your performance beyond a return to your normal health; and you don't need it because of earlier use of a prohibited substance without a TUE. Ask your physician to address each one directly. A diagnosis without the history, examination and test results behind it isn't sufficient.
