What Happens After I Submit?

WFDF checks that the file is complete. Incomplete files are returned with a list of what's missing and aren't sent to the Committee. If you don't provide the missing information within 21 days, WFDF may close the application, and you'll need to submit a new one.

Complete files go to the WFDF Therapeutic Use Exemption Committee (TUEC), a panel of at least three physicians, which usually decides within 21 days of receiving a complete application. The TUEC may approve, ask for more information or reject the application. Completing every section doesn't guarantee approval.
