What if I Need Emergency Treatment at a Tournament?
Get treated. Never delay emergency care to sort out a TUE. Tell the medical staff you're subject to anti-doping rules, ask for copies of all records showing what you were given and why, and email antidoping@wfdf.sport once you're stable. Emergency treatment is one of the grounds for a retroactive TUE, though being eligible to apply doesn't guarantee approval.
