My TUE Was Denied. What Now?
Read the written reasons first. If the problem was missing information, you can complete the file and submit a new application. You or your NADO can also ask WADA to review the decision within 21 days of being notified, by writing to medical@wada-ama.org, copying antidoping@wfdf.sport and sending the same information you gave WFDF (WADA may charge a fee and doesn't have to take up the review). If WADA doesn't review it, or reviews it and doesn't reverse it, you or your NADO can appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), which is the only appeal route.
