Why does it show 'saving disabled' at the top of the ballot (voting form)?

The Ballot is a Google Form, and if you are logged into a Google account, it shows that "it cannot be saved and return to it at a later date".  A Google account is not needed to vote; if you have one and are logged in, that information is not sent along with the vote to WFDF.
