How does a Member "split" their Ballot votes?According to the Bylaws, "Members with more than one (1) vote may split in favor of alternative choices on a whole number basis per the Member's discretion." To do this, please submit the Ballot multiple times and advise the Nominating Committee. | |
How to submit a Ballot (vote)?As soon as you have filled out the voter information and cast your votes for all positions, the red 'Submit' button will appear at the end of the Ballot (voting) form. You must click the Submit button to cast your Ballot (vote). If you navigate away from the Ballot Form, you will have to start over. | |
How to update the Ballot (vote)?To update a Ballot (vote), fill out a Ballot (voting) form again. Voting Members may update their ballot at any time until the Election ends. Only the last valid ballot received will count. | |

Why does it show 'saving disabled' at the top of the ballot (voting form)?The Ballot is a Google Form, and if you are logged into a Google account, it shows that "it cannot be saved and return to it at a later date". A Google account is not needed to vote; if you have one and are logged in, that information is not sent along with the vote to WFDF. | |
Why does the Election voting tool use cookies?The Election voting tool uses cookies because the tool is built using Google Sites and Forms. You can safely block the cookies on this site using your browser privacy settings without it affecting your ability to vote. | |
