What do Candidates need to submit?
Candidates need to submit the following the Nomination Form:
- Personal details
- A statement on their Flying Disc, professional and educational background
- A Candidate statement (their vision and/or platform)
- A headshot
- An endorsement letter from their Nominating Member
- A conflict-of-interest and commitment declaration
- An optional video up to five (5) minutes may be submitted
