If our Member Federation is not active in a specific Disc Discipline can/should we vote for the Chairperson?

Under the WFDF Bylaws, all Member National Federations are responsible for the governance of all Disc Disciplines; the Member National Federation should consider voting for their preferred Candidate they believe are best suited to support the Disc Discipline and WFDF holistically.
